As a Project Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our program. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading instructional sessions, providing technical guidance, and assisting participants in developing their skills in web development and data analytics. In addition to teaching, you will collaborate with the program team to plan and implement a community project that participants will present on the final day of the project. You will also be responsible for taking attendance and submitting time sheets.
Qualifications for Project Facillitators:
- Demonstrated expertise in web development and data analytics.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating educational programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and create an engaging learning environment for diverse participants.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for empowering youth.
Working Hours:
This part-time role requires availability between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The program is conducted online, but there may be on-site tasks as needed.
Project Facilitators will:
- Provide technical guidance and support to help students develop their skills.
- Assist in the development and adaptation of course materials to meet the needs of the participants.
- Collaborate with the program team to plan and execute a community project related to web development or data analytics.
- Offer individualized support and mentoring to participants, helping them overcome challenges and make progress in their learning journey.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to program management, including data collection and reporting.
