Dear G{Code} Community,

Happy New Year!

As we come into the new year, I find myself reflecting on the journey we have embarked on at G{Code}. It’s been a path filled with triumphs, challenges, and most importantly, growth. I am continuously inspired by the passion and dedication I see in our team, our fellows, and our supporters.

2023 was an extraordinary year for us. We achieved incredible milestones, including the expansion of our programs, the success of our graduates, the strengthening of our partnerships, and receiving support for the renovation of the G{Code} house. These achievements are not just organizational victories; but they are also a reflection of the amazing community we have built together – one that is committed to fostering inclusivity and opportunity in the tech world.

Now that we’ve stepped into 2024, I am filled with optimism and determination. This new year presents us with fresh opportunities to further our mission, to break new ground, and to make an even more significant impact.

Your support, whether as a mentor, a partner, a donor, or a friend, is the cornerstone of our progress. Together, we can help create a future where diversity and innovation go hand in hand, a future where Black, Brown, and Indigenous women and non-binary people of color in our community have the opportunity to break into the tech industry and thrive.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Warm regards,

Bridgette Wallace
